Accessibility

Luxury should be effortless for everyone. This is how we design for access, and where we still have work to do.
Effective 21 September 2026Version 1.0

Our commitment

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and EN 301 549, and the accessibility laws that apply to us, including the European Accessibility Act. Accessibility is part of how we design and test, not a final check.

What we do

  • Every feature works with a keyboard alone, and the focus position is always visible.
  • Our black-on-white palette gives text the highest possible contrast.
  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling and stays usable when zoomed to 400%.
  • Smooth scrolling and other motion switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Every screen size

Our pages adapt from large desktop displays to phones and smartwatches. Type sizes are set for each screen type and use relative units, so your device’s text-size setting is respected. Controls are sized for touch.

Assistive technology we test with

VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android, and NVDA and JAWS on Windows, in current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge. We also test with voice control and screen magnifiers.

Known limitations

  • Some archive campaign films do not yet have audio description.
  • Size guides published as PDFs are not fully tagged. We are replacing them with web pages.
  • Payment pages run by third-party providers may not match our accessibility standard.

Help placing an order

If the site is hard to use, client care can take your order by phone, describe products in detail, and send information in large print or another format you prefer.

Tell us about a barrier

Email accessibility@amourestilo.com with the page you were on, what happened and the assistive technology you use. We reply within two business days.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the accessibility enforcement body in your country. We will help you find the right one.

Review

We review this statement at least once a year and after every major release.
