1Accepting these terms

By visiting amourestilo.com, using our apps or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Your account

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders. Keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for all activity under your account, so tell us at once if you suspect it has been used without your permission.

3Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a shipping confirmation. Prices are shown in your local currency and include taxes where the law requires.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If that happens, you will be refunded in full.

4Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by certified providers, and we never store your full card number. Your card is charged when your order ships.

5Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and appear at checkout. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered. For international orders, duties and import taxes are shown before you pay wherever possible.

6Returns and refunds

• Return unworn items with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery, or within any longer period the law gives you where you live.
• Made-to-order, personalised and final-sale pieces can be returned only if they are faulty.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or buy in bulk;
• attempt to interfere with the security or performance of the site;
• resell our products as new or as authorised by us without written permission.

8Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, text, the Amour Estilo name and monogram belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, sell or adapt them without our written permission.

9Disclaimers and liability

We provide the site “as is” and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

10Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Amour Estilo is registered, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
