Amour Estilo is responsible for your personal data across our website, apps and boutiques. Privacy questions go to privacy@amourestilo.com.
Data we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, delivery and billing addresses, phone number and purchase history.
- Style preferences: wishlists, saved looks, sizes and any appointments you book.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you use the site, collected through cookies.
- Messages you send to client care and, if you choose, photos you share for a fitting or return.
How we use it
- To process orders, deliveries, returns and payments.
- To provide client care and appointments.
- To personalise what you see, where you have agreed.
- To detect fraud and keep the service secure.
- To send marketing, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting.
Why we are allowed to
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our contract with you (to fulfil your order), our legitimate interests (to run and secure the service), your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies) and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who act on our instructions, such as payment processors, carriers, cloud hosting, analytics and email delivery. We also share it with authorities when the law requires it. Every provider is bound by a contract limiting how it may use your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. After you close it, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except records we must hold longer for tax, legal or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent at any time. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and transfers
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and regular security reviews. Your data may be processed outside your country. When it is, we use safeguards recognised by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect, and update the effective date above.
