Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy provides clarity while allowing our artists and private appointments to be prepared with the care they require.

Refund eligibility is determined by the time the cancellation request is received by Amour Estilo.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method according to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.
Any applicable non-refundable payment gateway or third-party charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
